The apartment in Av. Benavides was absolutely perfect. Having stayed in several locations in and around Miraflores, I must say that this remains my favorite. It's comfortable, homey, very safe, quiet, and reasonably priced. The neighbors and staff at the front desk are extremely pleasant, and best of all, the location is unbeatable. In five minutes, you can walk to four major supermarkets, laundry facilities, Parque Kennedy, restaurants and shops, and, most importantly, the Metropolitano bus station, which was my principal means of transportation to downtown Lima. Thank you so much for answering all my questions as they arose and for being so quick to help: I fully plan on staying in your lovely apartment when I return to Lima!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is excellently situated. A supermarket two blocks away and the main area of Miraflores right at your doorstep. The place is clean, comfortable, secure, and tastefully decorated. We recommend it to anyone who wants a great place to stay. And the help we got from Jossy, the administrator, in changing money and helping us with a small bank transfer, was unbelievable. She is such a sweet lady!

This apartment is great! No apartments above it and right in the center of Miraflores on the 11th floor. The apartment is impeccable and has everything a person needs to feel at home. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lima.

This lovely, one bedroom apartment is perfect for the traveler, tourist, businessman, or academic who needs a modern, safe, comfortable, convenient place to stay in the commercial heart of Lima, Miraflores. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fullsize bed and a twin bed, a full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, wireless Internet, phone, Cable TV and DVD player. Utilities and building maintenance fee are paid by owner. The building also has 24 hour security and is located on the top floor of an 11th story building.

The apartment is centrally located - anywhere you would want to go in Miraflores is within walking distance. Larco Mar, the mall on the Pacific Ocean, is a mere 5 minutes, and Kennedy Park is only 3 or 4 minutes away as well. Mi Vivanda - a large, modern supermarket is just three blocks from the front door of the building. The apartment is close to everything that Miraflores has to offer to the visitor from abroad- fine restaurants, theaters, museums, art galleries, outdoor concerts, archeological ruins, sport fields, night clubs, casinos, and shopping centers.
